Hi there - require 2 x Bartender/Mixologists to prepare cocktails (4 different types) and bubbles for between 30-40 people. Timing 5.30pm to 10.00pm. Bartender/Mixologist would need to be able to provide us with a list of quantities of what is needed for cocktails / syrups etc. Would be great if Bartender/Mixologists have own cocktail equipment and even better if plastic polycarb cocktail glassware, but if not okay.
