We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to help as course marshals at the Swimrun Australia Gold Coast event. It’s a simple 2-hour role and a great way to be part of the event action. What you’ll do: Arrive at your allocated course location at the required time Put on a supplied hi-vis vest Cheer on participants and direct them the right way Keep an eye out for any potential hazards or issues Let members of the public know what’s happening if they have questions Stay in contact with the event team if required No event experience is necessary. We’ll provide clear instructions beforehand. You’ll need to be reliable, friendly, confident communicating with people and happy being outdoors for around 2 hours. The event takes place along the Gold Coast coastline, with marshal locations between Rainbow Bay and Miami. We’ll allocate you a location and provide all the details you need. A simple job, a couple of hours outdoors and plenty of salty smiles along the way.

We're looking for a bartender with an RSA certificate and experience for an easy‐going engagement party gig. We’ll provide all the drinks, but you should be able to make simple cocktails. Having a family and friends birthday function with approx 35 adults and 6 kids and require 1 very capable, friendly and organized person to assist with arranging food, clean up, etc. Finger food is being catered for but just needs re-heating up in oven and arranging onto trays and table. No need to serve unless feel the need to. Person I am looking for would have had experience with a function on their own. Someone who is very well presented, motivated, friendly and works well on their own. Being a home party I don’t envisage much stress as everyone is friendly and accommodating but I would like whoever comes along to take initiative and do what needs doing without being asked all the time. As the hostess I would like to be able to enjoy our party and friends without worrying about working in the kitchen and tidying up, etc. Party starts at 2pm so would like start to be around 1.30pm with a 4 hour window and may be extended to 6 hours if required.
