Find a professional kitchen hand in Central Coast

Hospitality Professionals Wanted for New Years Eve Wedding. We are having a low key wedding at home on New Years Eve and need some staff to help make it happen (approx 50 people). We need 2 x bar staff - to serve beer / wine / soft drinks. No cocktails. Will include drink service / topping up beverages and clean up. Organising of champagne toast and generally keeping the area serviced and tidy. 2 x catering / kitchen staff. Ideally have experience in servicing a buffet & food hygiene. We have caterers providing the food but need 2 people to help keep the buffet topped up and clean. Will also include serving canapés and nibbles after the ceremony. If you’re interested we’d love to meet you! Paying a competitive rate hours ($50 per hour) would be approximately 4pm-11pm but can discuss the finer details. We are hiring a mobile kitchen for a wedding at our home (May 8) (120 guest) this year. Because of Covid we are going to prepare and freeze all the food before the day. (In case the numbers crash) The task then would be to coordinate the reheating of the food and managing the flow of the food into Bain Maries. No actual food prep is required. We would anticipate to hire for two sessions Friday 7th to familiarise with the kitchen and food sequence etc and May 8 as described above.
