We will be hosting a small birthday dinner party for 12-13pp on Saturday 23 Jan located in Kedron. We will be preparing a majority of the food in advance of the party but are seeking assistance to take over once guests arrive to make everything run smoothly, assist in plating, serving, cleaning up etc. There is no specific requirement to be a professional chef or caterer however we would expect someone to be confident/ self sufficient. Party starts at 6pm, so best to be around from 5:30 pm-8:30pm Proposed meal plan; Starters Various cheeses, wine and oysters (will need help serving oysters once everyone has arrived) Main Slow cooked shredded beef ragu.
