Experienced Bartender Required – Private 40th Birthday Looking for an experienced bartender for a private 40th birthday in Helensvale on Saturday 11 July from 12pm to 5pm. Approximately 30 guests. We are planning to serve three signature cocktails (currently French Martinis, Coconut Margaritas and Espresso Martinis), along with beer, wine and soft drinks. We will supply all alcohol and ingredients, however we are looking for someone who can assist with: * Reviewing the cocktail selection * Providing a shopping and quantity list prior to the event * Advising on glassware, garnishes and ice requirements * Bringing their own cocktail equipment * Setting up and running a small bar area * Serving drinks and assisting with light pack down RSA preferred and previous private event experience highly regarded.
