Find professional sewing in Hobart

I need a bench made for my sewing room. Would prefer not to have legs as they just get in the way. Maybe incorporate a couple of shelves into it. Length of bench approximately 2 metres

I bought some new dresses that need some basic hemming and alterations.

I need blackout curtains sewed for our caravan. There are five windows. I have the fabric, which is printed cotton and I also have the blackout lining - so you’ll need to sew the two together before hemming. The curtain tops are rings with clips so it’s just a simple hem all around, with the exception of one window which will need a basic pocket rod hem on the bottom. I have all the dimensions and can drop the fabric to you (within reason - we are in New Town)

I'm looking for someone who can repair a small bag of clothing. There are no complicated repairs just split seams and small holes. There are various items in the bag and various types of fabric. Please contact me if you need more information. I'm looking for someone who can pick up the bag and return it as well in Hobart or Battery Point.

Hi, so my mum did some cross stitch designs on various pieces of my sons clothing. Cute little designs like bears and boats on jackets jumpers t shirts etc. My son has outgrown many of the clothes but I don’t want to discard the items for sentimental reasons. I am hoping to cut the cross stitch areas out and make a blanket/quilt out of all the different designs. I think I would probably need a seperate backing and then have the designs sewn on.
