The amount offered is for the cost of pattern making and producing the first copy. We renegotiate the cost for additional copies. The skirt includes pockets, lining, a section of elastic waistband and an invisible zipper. The fabric is a creaseproof synthetic non-stretch. If you can source the fabric that would be great, otherwise I will try to find something appropriate. I will provide additional money for the purchase of fabric.
