Parking at Sandy Bay is not possible directly outside house. Refer to image showing the house with a yellow circle and the possible parking location with a red circle (old Chickenfeed which is a vacant construction site). Access from Tolmans Hill is easy. Access into Sandy Bay house is relatively easy with only a few steps. Bed and desk will need to go on the second level up a set of internal stairs. Fridge and couch are on street level. I can help carry things and an physically fit.
