Couch to be moved from apartment lobby to third floor apartment via stairs

Need to move house from Yarrawarrah to Sylvania. It's a 10 to 15 minute drive between houses. There is a flight of stairs at Yarrawarrah. There are no stairs at Sylvania, but there is a pathway down from the road to the house. I have these items to move: -Queen bed frame with 2 drawers and headboard plus mattress. The bed has slats and it will be disassembled so it's like a flat pack. - Dressing table 8 drawers that will stay in it - Tallboy with 5 drawers that will stay in it - 1 bedside table with 2 drawers that will stay in it - 2 seater leather couch - Tall bookcase - 2 x 2 door low cabinets - A 2 door high domed timber and glass cabinet - An oak timber sideboard with leadlight glass doors - A timber tv display unit which is long but not high and has 2 glass doors - Oak 2 door buffet china cabinet w leadlight glass doors - a 2 seater sofabed with mattress inside. - front loading washing machine - a fridge freezer of average size. Not too wide. Fridge at top freezer at bottom. - microwave oven - clothes dryer which is not really big - a few other small lounge / lamp tables. - 6 dining chairs but NO dining table. - A tall cat tower - A outdoor table top that seats about 6 to 8. The table is heavy but it won't have legs on it. - 2 outdoor garden chairs - Cat enclosure like rabbit hutch. Lid is not secured, can be lifted off - 2 plants - 1 double door linen cupboard - small boxes already packed but I can move most of those. - 1 large Esky with garden tools inside.
