No tools needed, just needs to be clicked/pushed into place. • Single seat round rotating couch • Office chair • ⁠5x big plastic bags (clothes) • ⁠3x separate small light shoe racks • ⁠air purifier • ⁠2x fan stands • ⁠2x light side tables (no drawers) • ⁠Microwave • PC Monitor with dual stand + 2nd separate monitor • ⁠front loading watching machine • ⁠2 x bikes • ⁠car bike rack - 1x 55inch to bring downstairs to leave at the car park (not taking to new location) At Camperdown, parking will be in the apartment building car park. The max height of entry through the parking entry gate is 1.7 metres. Pickup loc is a loft. Lift level 1. Inside loft has 13 steps staircase (pictured)-only items upstairs is the 1x Queen mattress, 1x dresser drawer (light). Everything else is on the main level, which has two steps up and two steps down near entry (pictured) There are 3 steps that you need to go down only once - to take the washing machine out of the bathroom. Lift is very close to the unit. At Haberfield, it’s a part-house with easy access and no stairs. Street level. Parking will be either at the front - if there’s a good street parking spot or just around the corner close 15metres walking distance.
