4 bedroom home. 2 quite heavy items are a King Bed (the mattress is very heavy) and a solid wood side board glass display cabinet. The rest is easy, single beds, small lounge, boxes etc... Fridge and washing machine and larger lounge is not moving, so it is not a full house but 3/4 that is moving out. This task is needing a truck and could be 1 man or 2 men.
