I need to move contents of a 1br apartment from Darlinghurst to Elizabeth Bay. Source apartment has elevators, destination apartment has one flight of stairs. Contents are packed, largest items include a king size mattress, 65" tv and large sofa (which is disassemble-able into four manageable pieces). After being burned heavily by this in my last move, I will *NOT* be using any moving service which quotes for a set time and then charges exorbitant overage fees (eg, $35 per 15 minutes over the quoted time), and then dilly dallies to drive up overage fees. This is a 1br apartment moving about three blocks, good and fast service will be rewarded with a generous cash tip as I am American.
