The work includes: * Repairing the large pipe penetrations. * Filling all screw and fixing holes. * Repairing any cracks around the damaged areas. * Applying tape where required. * Sanding smooth and leaving the walls ready for painting. There are approximately 5 similar areas throughout the house. Please see the attached photo for an example of one of the repairs. We are having our tiles redone in our kitchen, and whilst majority can be tiled over the top of, there is a small section requiring replastering/gyprock repair before we can tile that area. We are wanting to actually take the tiles up higher than where they currently are - have inserted a photo at the end of where the new tiles will go up until. Currently have an electrician who will be moving the powerpoints/intercom up higher on the wall (also open to having a tasker who can do both jobs).
