I’m looking for an experienced, practical handyman/pest-proofing specialist to help permanently resolve a rat issue in a converted garage / home office (approx 4.5m x 2.4m building with a 90cm crawl space and man hole access) The job involves internal crawl-space work, external roof/eaves work, and a small plasterboard access/repair. This is about proper exclusion and clean-up, not baiting. 3 small plaster repair jobs. First one due to dimples in the wall from an exercise ball. Second one where a toilet roll holder has come out of the wall and left a hole, which needs to be reinstalled and patched up. The third one is a small patch up around a hand rail anchor point on the stairwell. Patch up areas then require re-painting.
