I need three areas of wall damage repaired, patched and repainted to match. Garage wall. The wall has been dented and cracked at bumper height, just above the stone kerb. The area is roughly 1 m wide by 0.5 m high, with two main vertical cracks, some hairline cracking and a slight crease where the board has been pushed in. It may need a section of board replaced rather than a patch. Garage wall, second area. Similar damage to the above. Bedroom wall. A hole that needs patching.

We're turning a small bedroom into a nursery and need it refreshed in the next week or two. The room is roughly 3m x 2.5m with a sloped ceiling, timber floors and a built-in wardrobe. The job: 1. Remove the existing skirting boards around the whole room (some are cracked and damaged) and replace with new skirting in a simple, modern profile. 2. Extend skirting into the alcove/nook, which currently has none. 3. Patch and repair the crumbling plaster along the bottom of the walls, mainly in the alcove where the skirting is missing. 4. Paint the whole room: walls, ceiling (including the sloped section), new skirting and window frame. As it's a nursery, we'd like low-VOC paint please. Please protect the timber floors and plantation shutters, and work around the NBN box and router on the wall (we can't move these). Looking for an experienced gyprocker/plasterer to reinstate walls and ceilings following termite-related timber remediation. The affected areas have already been opened up. This task is for plasterboard repairs and finishing, not termite treatment or structural timber repairs. There are four areas: A. Garage wall: Re-sheet the exposed wall around the existing doorway, plus repair the opened section of the bulkhead/lining above it. Install insulation that we will supply into the exposed wall cavities before sheeting. See the two garage photos. B. Stair-side wall: Repair the long horizontal opening on the opposite side of the garage wall, above the stairs. C. Hallway: Repair the ceiling access opening and other small affected wall/ceiling areas shown in the photos. D. Laundry/corridor wall: Reinstate the wall opening and associated ceiling inspection holes following the timber top-plate repair. The red line in the “before” photo marks the repaired timber’s location; the laundry doorway is on the right. The red line is a location reference, not an additional repair area. Please include supplying the appropriate plasterboard, necessary backing/support for patches, fixings, tape, compounds, setting and sanding. there is a slight crack in bathroom corner wall in heavy rain a year or so ago - it had a slow drop of water - but has not returned inspect interior and exterior tile/gutter for any issues and if just cosmetic - patch/plaster interior
