Location: Canberra and other surronding suburbs You will be doing tenancy routine inspection reports. This involves taking around 30-40 photos per property (using an app on your mobile phone). No experience needed, full training provided. Pay: You are paid per inspection of $20 each which takes around 20 to 30 minutes each including travel time each inspection . You will be doing approx 15 inspections on the day. Contract role for 1 day per week (Flexible on day but must be the same day every week)It must be a weekday (Monday to Friday). Hours are 9am up to 5pm . Must be able to commit to 1 year or more. The properties addresses are on the app. Keys are picked up and dropped off from the office each day(Open 9am to 5pm) You must have a drivers license and own car and a mobile phone that takes good quality photos.
