working Full time and my 15 month Bull Arab X is needing some extra love during the middle of day for an hour or so a few times a week, either walking or just spending time at the house. Super friendly dog, loves children and other animals however doesn’t always realise how big he is.

I have a AUTOMATIC LITTER-ROBOT III OPEN AIR that was damaged in shipping. It should rotate just over half way, the soiled/clumped litter is caught in a sieve, then dumped into a container below. The unsoiled litter is left in the 'globe'. It was working fine, but now it's only turning a quarter of the way round, and then going back to its home position. Hence it's not emptying the soiled litter. I feel like the sensor is off or something. I've tried resetting it as per the online instructions, but it's still doing the same thing. I think it should be a simple fix for a technician that understands sensors/motors etc.
