This time, I am looking for a more complete solution, including: • A thorough inspection of the roof and property. • Safe baiting/trapping and removal of rats (including retrieval of any that die in the roof). • Sealing of all identified entry points (rooflines, eaves, wall cavities, foundations, etc.) to prevent re-entry. • Details on any warranty or follow-up services you provide, including removal of dead rats if required. • Inspection of any damage (e.g., tubing or electrical wiring) with a report so I can arrange repairs if needed. My property is a small, single-story two-bedroom villa. Could you please confirm your availability for an inspection and provide me with a quote?
