This morning a possum tried to escape our garage. In its attempt it got itself caught between the roller door and a joining wall. We tried to remove it safely, however, it died due to its awkward position around its neck. Currently it is still stuck.

I’ve bit away for a few weeks for work, I got home and my wife told me that the kids thought there was something in the roof. We’ve lived here for six years, I go up in the roof all the time. I’ve never seen any evidence of anything being in the roof. last night lying in bed I woke up at midnight and there was something right above us that was scratching around for a while. It didn’t sound like a possum because it just seems very light. If it was a possum it would be a baby one. I suspect it’s more likely to be a mouse or something else so there’s definitely something in there. I’d like it removed as soon as possible.

Possums keep running to a roof from the powerline or NBN line from the street. Looking to install a possum guard tubing over these lines like the images shown.
