Mud wasp (mud dauber) nests have built up under the eaves and tucked into the exterior window frames. Need them physically removed (not just sprayed) plus a barrier treatment under all the eaves and around the window frames to deter them coming back. Solitary/non-aggressive wasps, so nothing hazardous — straightforward external job, single-storey access at the affected spot. The property is tenanted and managed by an agent — once booked, access is arranged with the property manager (I'll pass on your details).
