Hi There Possum deterrent and removal experts wanted. We want to approach it on all (legal) fronts! Can you help? Our goal: 1) Deter all possums from the property 2) Remove possum smell (it is now in my car filter also causing stench) 3)Clean the inner cavity of the roof and anywhere else urine/faeces excrement is present Unfortunately urine stench is just awful. Note this is not rats we have has the place checked. We need to do the following: - Deter (mechanical owls, 24 hour lights, auto water sprays etc, chemical/smell sprays, spikes, nets, set up a nest with fruit elsewhere away from the house). Note - sound cannot be used as we have a dog. - Block (from coming into or on roof and patio roof - not seen in the photos - around the back) - Clean and DISINFECT debris in the roof Lets get this little beach shack smelling sweet again! The trees will all be cut back (this will be another job unless you can do this as well, in which I have added photos)

We have just moved into an old house in Reservoir and we have a possum in our roof. We don’t have a ladder so haven’t been up into manhole yet but can hear it every night. We’ve just come back from a week away and now there is a smell too - can you provide a quote to remove and patch up hole?

We require the removal of a dead (decomposing) possum from the ground of our carport. It will need to be put into a black garbage bag, sealed and disposed of into the red garbage bins at the front of our property. The bins are located at the front of our communal driveway. There is free street parking. You will need to bring a shovel and bin bag.
