Remove Colourbond Roof sheets to locate and remove dead possum in roof. Internal ceiling is an A frame ceiling with exposed truss. The only way to remove the dead possum will be to externally remove the colourbond roof sheets.

I live in a single story 2 bedroom unit with a tile roof. There has been a possum coming and going in the roof space so I would like the entry point(s) sealed up as I can't see them myself. Someone came out about 6 months ago for this same job, he did seal a lot of entry points and provided photos however it's still getting in, so I imagine it won't be a lot of work for you but I just can't identify where it's getting in. I feel like maybe there's some sections of tile that maybe need storm seal applied, if it's getting in by raising the tile. I'm happy to leave a tile off for it to leave and close it myself, so I'm not expecting a possum removal.

We have just moved into an old house in Reservoir and we have a possum in our roof. We don’t have a ladder so haven’t been up into manhole yet but can hear it every night. We’ve just come back from a week away and now there is a smell too - can you provide a quote to remove and patch up hole?

We require the removal of a dead (decomposing) possum from the ground of our carport. It will need to be put into a black garbage bag, sealed and disposed of into the red garbage bins at the front of our property. The bins are located at the front of our communal driveway. There is free street parking. You will need to bring a shovel and bin bag.
