2 bedroom townhouse. Looking for a general once over indoors for prevention of cockroaches in the summer and then one bedroom with small spiders. It has a high ceiling with partially exposed beams and so a ladder would be required. Flexible on the weekend of the 29/30/31 october

Our bathroom has been host to some little flies for the last week or two. They look like drain flies but they're in the ceiling, not the drains. Everytime I spray they come right back. Need someone to help us remove them for good.
