I've recently posted separate tasks for these, but decided to combine them. End of lease Pest Control (fleas) & Professional Carpet Cleaning (no day hire machines please) 4bed, 2bath home in Springfield. Carpet in the 4 bedrooms, mains walk in robe and lounge room. Carpet was new when we moved in (5 years ago). We have routinely 'spot' cleaned the carpets whenever there has been a spill. Must be a registered insured business and able to supply a tax invoice for the real estate. Flexible with time/ date. Anytime after bond clean on the Wednesday 16th August. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 17 August 2023
