Paint a two bedroom apartment including a bathroom and a lounge

Need help to sand down some plaster patches and repaint the whole apartment apartment and a small rendered wall in the backyard. It's a small apartment of 68m2 and lot of built in cupboards that cover the walls which do not need painting. I will supply paints.

There are five areas that need some cosmetic fixes: (1) ceiling with a chipped paint spot that needs painting over, (2) door way that needs drill holes filled in and painted over with same white paint, (3) door frame with a slight gap that needs filling in and painting over, and (4) three dents and scrapes on the wall that needs filling and painting.

A few walls in my apartment have been got some patches on them. Need the entire wall painted. May 3 or 4 walls. Will provide paint.

Looking for a painter to do a straightforward job: • Paint all walls in an off-white shade • Paint ceilings in white I’ve attached the floor plan and reference photos for the wall and ceiling colours. The sample shows Casper White Quarter (walls) and Lexicon Quarter (ceiling), but exact matches aren’t necessary—any similar off-white for the walls and a clean white for the ceiling will be fine. A subtle brown-toned off-white is preferable. It is not a new property. Currently all painted in white and some wear and tear. And just need a fresh look. Property will be available after 13th Oct, 2025.

One bedroom ground floor apartment. Tenant is leaving and we want to paint the apartment, including lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. It has a bit of old water damage from above to part of the plaster on the wall in lounge and bedroom- this also needs be to repaired before painting. Its a 1960s style unit with solid walls. Just a lick of paint in a small two bedroom apartment

Minor plastering a few parts on the wall to cover hairline cracks, painting the apartment 2 bedrooms and living space only. It’s a small two bedroom apartment. Covering only required for lounge floor boards. The rooms will be having a change of flooring so no covering required there.
