I need someone practical to help me sort and set up my workshop so everything has a home and I can grab what I need for whatever job I'm on. This isn't a cleaning job and it isn't about compliance. It's about making the space tidy and practical. There are two areas: 1. Tech area: bench and shelving (electronics, networking and CCTV gear, cables, small parts) 2. Mechanical/manufacturing area: steel workbench, tool chests, shelving, parts containers and storage boxes I'll be there for the first few hours to set the zones and decide what stays and where it goes. After that you'll be sorting, grouping tools into kits by job type, filling the parts containers, labelling everything and moving shelving around. The right person will be able to work independently, notice what needs attention and take initiative without needing detailed instructions throughout the day. General cleaning, tidying and washing will be part of the role, but the main priority is improving organisation, reducing clutter and creating better order throughout the home.
