Unpacking and organising my stuff in the new apartment

Please firstly note that I have a small but friendly dog if anyone is fearful of dogs.I have a couple of serious chronic and degenerative health issues, although I am able to participate, i just get out of breath and can't lift furniture alone. I need help to minimilize the things in my home and organize easy ways for me to be able to keep it clean but don't require labels etc. I can order a hard rubbish collection at any time, their will be donations, recyling of cardboard . I don't believe a skip is necessary, this isnt a situation where you can't move because of so many things or hoarding, its a person that is just overwhelmed and doesn't know where to start. PLEASE note: I prefer another female to help me. I wouldnt consider this a hoarding situation, just a downsizing to create more peaceful space and organisation so I can easily maintain a tidy space Please note this budget is inclusive of airtasker fees A couple of offers have included listing and selling on marketplace for me and this would be really great too as the cash would help.
