Guitar lessons for 5 year old who is very interested / engaged at home in Richmond weekly

I am wanting to do some singing lessons as I use to do it all the time and would love someone who plays a guitar to do it with instead of with the piano. Even if you can only play guitar and we play some songs together. I live in Black Rock so hoping not to travel to far from there. PLEASE NOTE: I don't play guitar or want to learn how to play I just want a singing lesson weekly with someone who can play guitar whilst doing the lesson

My son is interested in learning the guitar and he’s obsessed with The Rolling Stones. No joke, the Stones are all he’ll listen to. He’s 4 and a half years old which is very young and even though we tried telling him to wait until he’s 6, he’s pretty determined. He can read fluently and has excellent verbal skills but like a lot of 4 year olds, his moods can be unpredictable. But overall he is super sweet and funny! We’re looking for FUN, casual lessons from someone who loves teaching kids. It would be great tostart lessons for him to just understand the very basics - playing some notes, finger placement, strumming etc. He attends music classes every weekend so has an understanding of music. Plus he knows dozens of Rolling Stones songs word for word and the tunes. Things to address in your response if youre keen: - Are you interested in teaching someone as young as 4.5yo? - Would weekly lessons be appropriate? 30, 45 or 60 mins? - Are you able to come to our place in North Melbourne? Likely a weekend or weeknight around 6pm? -Do you have any ways to make the lessons fun and engaging? We just want to encourage his interests and for him to enjoy himself. - What kind of guitar do you suggest he starts on? So I've been playing for a decade or so and know a bunch of the common chord shapes etc and scales (or used to) - basically I want someone who can teach me to play some stuff that I like to hear. I'd prefer to avoid the old standards re songs and soloing etc but more like rhythmic techniques with chords/embellishments etc. Happy to lear songs as long as I don't have to get too precise as I don't have the patience! Just the main idea is usually fine. Ideally we'd have a regular spot for 30-60 mins. Taste wise I like late 60s/early 70s, 90s indie/garage.
