We’re looking for a reliable mystery shopper to visit HMB Barbers in Springwood, get a haircut and tell us about their experience. What’s involved: • Visit the assigned store during the agreed date range. • Get a haircut as a normal walk-in customer. • Observe the welcome, store presentation, service and haircut experience. • Complete a questionnaire after your visit. This takes approximately 10–15 minutes. • Keep your haircut receipt and send it to us. Allow approximately one hour for the haircut and questionnaire, plus travel.
