You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase or sign up. Once you've visited the pop up, you will then fill out your online mystery shopping report within 2 hours of your visit. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task.
