THE PROJECT We have a mystery shop available for an appliance store. This mystery shop needs to completed on a weekday between 9am and 4pm on or before the set due date. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the staff member’s product knowledge, the store presentation and overall service you receive. You will need to be able to explain that you are renovating your kitchen in a few months and are looking at some appliance options. You will also need to be comfortable memorising a couple of scripted questions and answers so you can assess the staff member’s ability to answer a specific (and very common) enquiry.
