You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Make an online booking for a beginner package 2. Attend your first class and assess the experience. You will submit this first part of your report within 2 hours of attending your first class. 3. Wait to see if a person from the studio calls you within 5 days. Once they’ve called you or the 5 days have passed, submit the second part of your report. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees + a $60 reimbursement for your package. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any pilates studios in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (lockdown, sickness, etc.) we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being started. The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping.
