You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the club location between Monday - Thursday during the times specified in your confirmation. You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive over the phone, in the club and any follow-up you receive.
