You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to purchase a x5 class pack (we will reimburse you this) and attend a reformer pilates class in which you will assess the experience you had during. All you will need to do is wait 24 hours after the class to see if you get a follow up, and then submit the report! You will only need to assess one class, and you will get the other 4 for free! Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees. We will reimburse you the cost of the x5 class pack. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. We have a fun mystery shop available! ** Please note this is a task that is spread out over a couple of days so needs to be started in advance of the due date ** A brief overview of this shop is that you would be attending a pilates class at a studio. We can't name the client publicly, however if you would like to ask for a nearby landmark below you are welcome to. Some FAQs: 1) Do you need to buy anything? Yes. For this shop you will need to spend $50 upfront. This $50 gets you access to five pilates classes. We only ask that you do one, so if you'd like to have the other four as a bonus (on us!) you're very welcome to. We will reimburse the full $50 whether or not you go to one or all five classes.
