I recently had a problem with my car. My car did not turn on, so the mechanic changed the key. Now I use different key to turn on the car and lock the car manually (old key). I believe he changed the cylinder. I drive Volkswagen jetta 2012. I have two sets of key but the buttons on the keys doesn't work. I cannot lock/unlock my car with the button anymore.

Hi, I live in Point Cook and need some help with replacing the front door. Old front door: hardware to move to the new door - door knob, smart lock key pad and door closer. New door: also add on a door knocker, eye hole, two metal protectors to the bottom of the door (one white L angle and one silver flat angle). Might need to shave the door to fit if needed. There are 2-3 different locks on this door and none work effectively. The 2 modern locks at top and bottom I brought new ones but they don’t sit correctly to work properly. Also the screws are wrong sizing. Can someone fix the locks . Thanks

Front door key inserts and unlocks door okay. But to pull it out after that gets stuck. Can not twist it back to original position and the trick is to put hand in internally to twist the inside lock switch back to lock position and then the key in front can be twisted back to start position to be pulled out.
