Need store door lock fixed with lock supplied

I recently had a one-way vision security door with a triple-lock system installed, but I’m having an issue with the lock. The key won’t turn to lock the door. At the moment, my children can easily unlock and open the door from the inside, which is a safety concern for me. Unfortunately, the original installer is no longer responding, so I’m looking for an experienced locksmith or security door installer to inspect the lock, diagnose the problem, and repair or adjust it if possible. Please only apply if you have experience with security door locking systems. I’d appreciate someone who can come out as soon as possible.

Room 4 door electronic system works but the lock does not close. the kitchen sink area in the Granny Flat appears to be in poor condition and may require attention. It looks like part of the benchtop or plywood around the sink has become damaged, lifted, or swollen, possibly due to prolonged water exposure and general wear and tear.

We are a short stay holiday rental and require the following done. Small jobs but ongoing handyman work when required. Few practical jobs. Locking mechanism on sliding door came loose and needs fixing. Also the fire extinguisher fell off wall and needs being placed back on wall. Walk around to see if any other repairs and maintenance needs being done.

Hello! I have two doors that need the latches and potentially one handle fixed. One latch does not work at all (it is stuck), the other does, but doesn’t keep the door closed (it can be easily pushed open) and the handle is loose.

The front door mechanism just continues to rotate with a key inside. Instead of the key unlocking the door. I believe the mechanism may have broken and may need replacement. However, it could just need repair. Located in Paddington Sydney. Need this done Monday 19th as I can’t use the front door.
