We are having trouble with our sliding door lock at the back door. Needs to be fixed or replaced

We have 3 door handles that need to be fixed/replaced (more likely replaced). Two of them are interior doors with old handles where the connecting screws are just stripped so they slip off. One is an outside gate latch that won't stay closed. Pictures of interior doors are here. This is probably a two part job: 1\ come over and see if you can fix what we have now in an easy way 2\ if not, order hardware that works for the doors and come back and install. If you can fix it all on the first shot reliably then we're happy to pay the full price for that. Apparently these are classic mortice lock + spindle door knob doors. We will pay for the hardware of course if anything needs to be purchased.

Hello! I have two doors that need the latches and potentially one handle fixed. One latch does not work at all (it is stuck), the other does, but doesn’t keep the door closed (it can be easily pushed open) and the handle is loose.

The front door mechanism just continues to rotate with a key inside. Instead of the key unlocking the door. I believe the mechanism may have broken and may need replacement. However, it could just need repair. Located in Paddington Sydney. Need this done Monday 19th as I can’t use the front door.

Door will shut and top latch will click in but the bottom lock will open and close with the key when the door is open but will not lock and turn when the door is closed. I believe the plate in the door frame needs to be adjusted / moved slightly for it to be able to go in and lock the door. We would rather repair this and not get a new handle.

I’ve got an aluminium sliding door with a Doric locking system that isn’t closing or latching properly. The lock turns, but the hook doesn’t seem to line up with the striker plate, so the door won’t lock securely. What I think might be needed (but open to advice): • Check alignment of the striker plate and lock • Adjust or re-seat the mechanism • Make sure the door is running square and closes smoothly • Replace parts if required (happy to cover parts separately) Photos attached for reference.
