I have my car, a 2015 mitsubishi ASX, and the key has been acting up. It starts the car normally but distance locking/unlocking is on and off. After I try to re-sync the key it works but as soon as I put it back into the ignition, the fob refuses to work again. I’m guessing I need a new key and the programming needed along. I’m happy to use the same key blade as the one I have right now; it’s an after market anyway. Alternatively, if you could repair the one I already have, I’m all good with that…whatever option is the cheapest.
