Removal of old and installation of 8 passage new door handles and 3 new dummy door knobs.
It started with terrible communication and went down hill from there. Would not advise be used for door knob removal and installation. Left big scratches on fresh paint work on numerous doors, butchered my door frames and left a damaged floorboard (dropped tool) without telling me then wanted extra “air tasker” fees nearly $50 after job fully paid with fees included. Very unimpressed and don’t want others to get same quality. Disgraceful.

The door knob had been sort of wobbly for some time but it suddenly became problematic and I am unable to open it with any keys. With the key inserted into the lock, it is not possible to make a full turn and the lock becomes stuck at some point and will not turn any further. Same thing happens with the the mechanism at the centre of the door knob on the inward side of the door. The mechanism I am taking about is the one that you operate to lock or the door - when it is vertical the door is locked - and that also becomes stuck before the full, proper turn. The positions in the photos are the maximum turn you can manage currently. It is still possible to open the door from the inside at the moment.
