Fix broken door lock on sliding door and install a new deadbolt lock for extra security

The latch mechanism on my internal bathroom door has seized. When you push the handle down it doesn’t fully retract the latch, so the door won’t open properly. It’s a standard Gainsborough tubular latch (the brass bit on the door edge) — looks like the internal spring is gone. Need someone to either free it up or swap in a new latch. Handles and bar are already off, so it’s an easy job — just two screws on the door edge to swap the latch unit.

Hello! I have two doors that need the latches and potentially one handle fixed. One latch does not work at all (it is stuck), the other does, but doesn’t keep the door closed (it can be easily pushed open) and the handle is loose.

The front door mechanism just continues to rotate with a key inside. Instead of the key unlocking the door. I believe the mechanism may have broken and may need replacement. However, it could just need repair. Located in Paddington Sydney. Need this done Monday 19th as I can’t use the front door.

Door will shut and top latch will click in but the bottom lock will open and close with the key when the door is open but will not lock and turn when the door is closed. I believe the plate in the door frame needs to be adjusted / moved slightly for it to be able to go in and lock the door. We would rather repair this and not get a new handle.
