Find professional lock installation in Southbank

The sliding balcony door at our rental apartment in Southbank is not sliding properly. The rollers are worn out and need replacing. Because it was jammed the handle has broken off when the tenant has tried to open it. I have purchased a new Lockwood handle and lock to install. The door needs to be removed to replace the rollers. I have not bought rollers because I’m not sure exactly which ones it needs.

I have purchased an apartment and would like to change the lock on the door. There are a couple of things that need to be addressed and I need an expert to guide me: - The current lock has no deadbolt. I would prefer if we could have a deadbolt installed.
