Specifically, I have purchased the following product: - Orion Smart Fingerprint Entrance Lock (the Grid Connect supported one - DL03HA) Not sure if this is relevant information, but I live in an apartment. Does bodycorp need to know anything? It's important I get the lock changed immediately as I'm doing this as someone stole my keys over the weekend and I'm scared they copied them. The last time you dealt with bodycorp, they took forever to get back to me, and I just won't feel safe until I get my lock changed. Currently my lock is just an old school lock that is locked and unlocked with a key. My door is a normal wooden door, I don't know what other information is needed. Feel free to ask. Balcony door is stuck. I suspect the sliding door roller need to be replaced as the balcony door is now sitting almost flushed against the bottom.
