The bathroom door in the office I am leasing currently doesn't have a lock. The landlord has agreed to putting a lock on the door, if done by a qualified locksmith (invoice also required). The back gate lock is broken and needs replacing I have the new lock the same as the other one

I have a new window chain winder that needs replacing an old one in my apartment. The previous chain winder is one that has the lock feature - it is closed, locked and the keys lost so I have been unable to change it myself as I don’t have the right tools. Wanting someone to come around who will have the tools to remove it and replace with the new chain winder I bought from Bunnings.
