Find professional lock installation in Sydney Eastern Suburbs

We need someone to repair or replace a lock on an outdoor side gate. The key is just turning inside the lock but not unlocking the gate. Have no idea how big of a job this is and can obviously negotiate

The door handle and lock had broken on our garage door. I took the handle off but could t get the door to open. There is access from the inside. The front door lock has worked its way loose in a week, not latching properly, key not turning. Could be a sneaky attempt by local jnky to break in, just seems suspicious that it held fine for years and went bad so fast. Whatever caused it we need it tightened up, barrel changed, 2 new keys provided and latch checked nice and neat. Pics coming.
