Three internal room smart locks are not working. They are ON but they are not reading fingerprints or code and tenants are having to rely in keys. Needs to be fixed and explain to my tenants why it was not working so they don’t have the same issue again.

Looking for a locksmith to rekey our door locks so the old keys no longer work. We would prefer to keep the existing locks if possible, but please advise if they need replacing.
