I’ve got an aluminium sliding door with a Doric locking system that isn’t closing or latching properly. The lock turns, but the hook doesn’t seem to line up with the striker plate, so the door won’t lock securely. What I think might be needed (but I’m open to advice): * Check alignment of the striker plate and lock * Adjust or re-seat the mechanism * Make sure the door is running square and closes smoothly * Replace parts if required (happy to cover parts separately) Photos attached for reference. Hello! I have two doors that need the latches and potentially one handle fixed. One latch does not work at all (it is stuck), the other does, but doesn’t keep the door closed (it can be easily pushed open) and the handle is loose.

The front door mechanism just continues to rotate with a key inside. Instead of the key unlocking the door. I believe the mechanism may have broken and may need replacement. However, it could just need repair. Located in Paddington Sydney. Need this done Monday 19th as I can’t use the front door.
