My car key got broken at this area (see photo). This is for a 2017 A1 Audi. The key still works electronically and it is able to fit inside the key hole without any issues - it is just broken at the area that broke off as you can see here. Front door is jammed and very hard to open close. Deadlock hole is misaligned as well.

My sliding door lock is loose and not working properly. The inside button does not operate correctly, and the key is very tight and difficult to turn from the outside. One of our bedroom lock door handle broke and needs to be repaired. We also have another bathroom lock door handle that needs to be checked since the lock doesn't completely work at times.

The external door handle has broken off (see photos). The lock itself is still working fine and can still be locked/unlocked with the key. I have already purchased a new replacement handle set. However, the new set has different measurements (the distance between the lock cylinder and the handle is different), so installing it would require drilling new holes and modifying the door. I’m looking for someone who can either: 1. Repair the existing broken handle (preferred, if possible), or 2. Install the new handle set, including drilling new holes and making any necessary modifications to the door. I’m flexible with the repair method as long as the door handle is secure and fully functional.

I have installed a Aqara lock system and have had issues with the lock engaging and disengaging. I believe it’s not aligned but I can’t figure out how to fix it. Hard work is done just need to troubleshoot to get it working with out issues
