Locked myself out of apartment at 3 Carlton Street Chippendale

Locksmith needed to get the other half of my snapped key inside the lock. Also needed to repair bedroom door handle- had this fixed previously as the tenant had removed the original door handle and changed it to one with a lock. When they did this they made the hole larger than the original. When requested to replace back the locksmith the tenant had called on didn’t have the right size handle to cover the hole and so they had to place a plate to hide the hole; but over time (12 months), and from opening and closing the door the plate has become loose. Help to fix it up.

The latch (hook) on the lock of the sliding door does not reach the strike plate when the doors are shut. I’m hoping the handle can be adjusted so that the I can lock the door properly. In the pictures where the door is shut, it is closed as far as it will go, and you can see the hook for the lock cannot reach the strike plate.

One Of our rooms door handle is stuck, seems like the metal tongue is not retracting all the way, as result can't get into the room, located in chippendale

Not sure why my window won’t open Key won’t unlock it

I have three doors, a front security door, a front door and a backdoor. We do not have a key to the deadbolt on the front security door. It currently is keyed on both sides. We want a latched lock on the interior side. We would like the locks on the front door and the back door all to be the same. Photos of locks are attached below.
