Thomas was perfect. He arrived on time, looked at the full work needed. Then got on with it. He understood direction and at the same time was completely self motivated and made suggestions where helpful. Sharon is a unicorn. She walked in, took stock, and then somehow made chaos feel manageable. My house looked clean and organized, but more importantly it felt lighter.
