Cleaning of foyers are and stair wells in a unit block comprising a total of 6 units. Our (the Body Corporate Committee) estimate of requirements is for about 2 hours cleaning per fortnight. To confirm that the estimate of requirements is correct, we can arrange for someone to meet potential cleaners at the site. Payment would be made through submission of an invoice to the Body Corporate Managers. Timing is not critical so it can be any regular day.
