90sqm 2 bed apartment.(One used as office) I have a robot vac/mop and keep things pretty tidy. Need a cleaner to come every 2 weeks for proper clean of wet areas and surfaces. I will also have a big pile of clean clothes that will need folding and ironing every 2 weeks (like 2-3 general loads worth including likely ~6 business shirts, jeans t-shirts etc). I'm buying a proper powerful steam iron to make this easier / faster. Ideally come on a Friday or Wednesday when I'm working from home. Want to trial then regular gig for the right person. Please advise hourly rate.

Need someone to sort and organise a storage cage in my building. It’s currently a pile of suitcases, boxes and plastic tubs with no order to it. What’s involved: 1. Take everything out and sweep the floor (there’s leaves and rubbish). 2. Stack suitcases together, largest at the back. 3. Put loose items into the plastic tubs and stack them. 4. Break down empty cardboard boxes and take them to the recycling bin. 5. Repack so the whole cage is stacked neatly and I can walk in and reach things. Bring your own gloves and a broom. No heavy lifting beyond suitcases and boxes. Should take 2–3 hours. Photos attached.
