Looking for help organising my craft spaces.

Looking for someone who can cook healthy meals for my wife and I every week. We both work so it's hard to meal prep and keep the kitchen clean. We are after someone who can come to our place and prep & cook meals on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9am - 12pm. Some meals can be prepared for us to easily cook whilst others can be cooked, ready to eat. Additionally, we would like someone to clean dishes, pots, load/unload dishwasher and wipe kitchen surfaces every session. Long term opportunity. Please share photos of dishes you have made before.
