We've just moved into a house and need someone to take the recycle away including the contents of the recycle bin. The contents are mainly boxes from moving but also some bottles/general recycle. There is a steep driveway and you will not be able to drive down and get back up, so parking is at the top, the most of the time this will take is probably just the walk up and down, but as a bonus you'll get a great leg workout! =) See attached pictures for the amount of recycle and the driveway. I’m looking for someone to do a spring clean. I can provide the cleaning materials. The job would take approximately 3,5 hours. Our children played outside with the sand that was recently recalled by Kmart. It’s possible that some particles were brought into the house on their shoes. Please just take note of this.

We need help with our house and garden ASAP!! We have a big house on 2 acres with a pool and tennis court, multiple gum trees and 2 chickens and in summer particularly it is a bit of a nightmare! We have loved living here but now that we want to spend a bit more time travelling, it has become a burden. Ultimately we might sell but for the moment we want to explore getting help. So, we are looking for a keen, hard working, practical someone who would be happy to do a variety of jobs including some tidying up, fixing stuff or organising someone else to do that, helping with the pool, gardening etc. Basically anything that needs doing but more when we are away! You would need to be flexible, trustworthy and practical, happy to have variable and flexible working hours (we can also be flexible) depending on our needs, the time of year, your commitments etc. This would suit someone like a local uni student, part time contractor or a retired person. Payment would be negotiated but on a casual hourly rate. I have a container coming from Cunnamulla and its arrival time is uncertain but assumed to be between 1pm and 3pm today. The unpacking is a low set place at Helensvale and comprises of 3 bedrooms of basic furniture and some boxes. Assumming two hours work for two people and if longer will increase the fee if needs be. The only variable is the container is coming a long distance and I don't know the precise starting time so availability to start will need to be flexible - and can update you as the day goes on. Following illness, loss of a family member and unexpected changes I have completely fallen behind in my home while still dopamine shopping It was cluttered and disorganised and to that I added holiday shopping for decorations and gifts. Now it's completely spiralled into a I need help mess I would like some non judgmental assistance to sort, tidy and also sweep and mop floors. Most of my possessions are fragile and so I'm looking for someone who can run things up and down stairs help me carefully pack away in tubs and reorganise a space that has no order. It's a small 2 bedroom townhouse and primarily we just need to address the downstairs and garage, though there would be a little walking things upstairs if that's where they should live. I'm looking for someone who will be able to carefully handle fragile items, non judgmentally walk into a space that is a bit chaotic and compassionately assist me to get the house reset. Christmas is coming and my shopping is done but my home is not ready ... Please note I think I need about 5 hours of assistance, and that the downstairs is airconditioned so the work could be hot but the space should be ok (well except the garage). It’s embarrassing but I’ve been suffering the worst depression of my life and trying to pull myself out. I had knee surgery in September and haven’t been the same since.
