She has stage 4 colon cancer and she is finding it more difficult to do everyday jobs such as watering the garden, helping her cook (she is Thai, and a great Thai cook, and she will be happy to help you in the kitchen while she sits!), hang up the washing, clean (very small 1 bed studio apartment), take her shopping for groceries (she has a car), have a coffee with her, go on lunch dates etc. She has some mobility issues due to her condition so is unable to stand for very long, which is the reason she needs some help. She's looking for a friend as well as a support worker :) She is very friendly and chatty and very much a clean, tidy person. Looking for 5 days a week. 2-3 hours a day. Hi, I have two 2x1 apartments in the CBD that are currently leased but I am selling due to financial circumstances, with a home inspection scheduled for Saturday 9th April for them both. They will need cleaning either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday next week. Tenants will be out for the day during office hours at work but their personal effects will obviously be there. The apartments are in good condition.
